Stock Option Activity Tracking System
The Stock Option Activity Tracking System is a software solution designed to
facilitate the maintenance, administration and tracking of a company's employee
stock option program. The stock option system is a user friendly software
solution that provides up to date information on all stock option activity.
Through the four main areas of the stock options system, companies are able to
manage their Grant Information, Activity by Grant, Activity by Employee and
generate reports.
Grant Information
Allows grant information to be entered, including the date, description, price,
type, approval amount, status and the original allocation of the options. The
grant information provides the vesting schedule, which indicates when an
employee can exercise the right to purchase shares granted, percentage of
options granted and the expiry date.
Activity by Grant
Activity by grant facilitates grant transactions. The employee list shows the
number of options distributed and exercised by employee.
Activity by Employee
Activity by employee focuses on the transactions generated by employee (grant,
exercised, expired and cancelled).
Reporting
The reporting function of the stock options system provides letters, agreements
and company reports that may be required by employees, management and regulatory
bodies.
